Call in Advance for Appointments

Please have your insurance card available and present it at each visit.

Please, when you call for your appointment:

  • Are you are calling for an initial or follow-up visit?
  • What is the specific reason for the visit?
  • Any and all children you expect to be seen.
  • Do you feel you need a same-day appointment?
  • Make your 2,4,6,9,12,15,and 18 month appointments at the time of other visits if possible.
  • Schedule yearly checkups and pre-participation sports physicals one month or more in advance.
