You will have to do your homework. You can check the credentials of the pediatricians –Board
certification is the medical professional standard for excellence, requiring repeated rigorous testing. Professional standing requires continuing medical education which a
conscientious physician meets or exceeds annually. Then there are the choices each medical practice makes for itself each day; number of patients per day each provider sees, the range of services offered, areas of special interest of the providers.
Before starting San Gabriel Pediatrics in 1983, Doctor Hossalla was Chief Resident at Scott and White Hospital in Temple. She got her undergraduate degree at Capital University in Ohio and completed medical school at Ohio State. Dr. Hossalla is a board-certified pediatrician.
Dr. Hossalla has two daughters.
Before joining San Gabriel in 1998, Doctor Gipson was Chief Resident at Dallas Children's Medical Center and in private practice for one year. She got her medical degree at Southwestern Medical School after graduating from UT Austin, Texas. Dr. Gipson is a board-certified pediatrician. Doctor Gipson has two sons.
Ellie may know more about children than anyone in Georgetown. Ellie has been with San Gabriel Pediatrics since 1996. She did her graduate work at Texas Women's University. Ellis is a pediatric nurse practitioner with 30 years experience in pediatrics.
Ellie has 4 children.

Teresa is a family nurse practitioner. Teresa joined San Gabriel Pediatrics in 2002. She has nursing degrees from both UT Austin and Texas A&M. She completed her nurse practitioner training in San Antonio Health Science Center.
Teresa has 1 daughter.
