We accept most insurance

There are a lot of available insurance plans available from each company, and we accept most of them. With so many patients, it is impossible to remember the details of your individual policy. Therefore, this responsibility to know the benefits of your plan rests with you.
As a courtesy, our staff will file your claims if you provide the correct insurance information. Payment in cash, check, or major credit card is expected at the time of service, and all co-payments and deductibles will be collected at this time. Please be advised that there may be services that your insurance company may not cover (new immunization, flu shots, vision or hearing tests, etc.).
Although an insurance claim is filed on the patient's behalf, the financial responsibility for our services still remains with the parents. Should we not receive payment from the insurance company within 45 days, it will be the responsibility of the parents to contact the insurance company to expedite claims processing. Claims unpaid by the insurance company will become your responsibility to pay.
