Dr. Hossalla is very committed to your child's success and maximizing your insurance reimbursement, but we have to charge for our services. You can save by planning ahead to avoid the need to request expedited delivery. However, either option gets your child's script delivered to your door, instead of you having to pick it up. This service is billed to your insurance and we will reimburse you for the entire amount that is covered

  • We work on a 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday.
How fast is the expedited option?
We prepare your script the day after you request it and mail it asap.

* If you place your order after 6pm, your order shows as placed the following day.
Note: Scripts requested on Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are not written until Monday.

How fast is the standard option?

We prepare your script within 3 business days after your request and mail with standard mail pickup.

Is First Class Mail 1 day service?
For mailings in the Georgetown - Austin area it should be. However, realistically we know mail occasionally gets misdirected or lost. Should this happen, we will work with you in these extenuating circumstances.

Refill Prescription

If treatment plan review requires extra review, such as a phone consult, additional time may be necessary. If Dr. Hossalla is not able to ship as ordered because of such a delay, your order will be sent ASAP on the delivery plan you ordered. Dr. Hossalla returns many phone calls in the evening, so keep that phone handy.

If or any reason Dr. Hossalla feels she is not able to give a prescription refill, you will receive an internet refund in the same manner in which you made the online payment. If you made the payment on a Visa card, that Visa card will be credited back.
